1Eligibility

To register and use a wk8 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wk8 does not permit use by anyone under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services from your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the platform.
• You must not be excluded from online gaming under any self-exclusion programme or court order applicable to you.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

wk8 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by or for ineligible individuals will be closed and any balance may be forfeited or returned at wk8's discretion consistent with applicable regulations.

2Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on wk8. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, wk8 may close all associated accounts and withhold any funds pending review.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name exactly as it appears on your valid Philippine government-issued ID, a working mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are enabled on your account. This requires submitting a valid government-issued photo ID.
• A selfie or liveness check may be required as part of the verification process.
• wk8 may verify your details against third-party records as part of its anti-fraud and security procedures.

3Deposits & Payments

All transactions on wk8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). wk8 accepts deposits through Philippine bank transfers, InstaPay, PESONet, GCash, and Maya. The availability of specific payment channels may change at any time.

• All deposit amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by wk8 and displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own legal name. wk8 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on wk8.
• wk8 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider's processing schedule.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to your account after a reasonable period may be refunded to the originating account. Contact support with your transaction reference if you experience a deposit issue.

wk8 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. Check with your provider before initiating a transfer.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name on file with wk8. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Your account must pass KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the cashier section.
• wk8 processes withdrawals during Philippine business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays are queued for the next processing window.
• wk8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for security review.
• If a bonus was active on your account when winnings were generated, applicable wagering requirements must be met before those winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus terms are published alongside each promotion.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on wk8 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event concerned, as well as the general platform rules set out here. By placing a bet, you accept the applicable rules in full.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a specific cash-out or edit feature is explicitly available for that market.
• wk8 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where a technical fault is identified. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned.
• For live casino games, the ruling of the live dealer or game software outcome is final. Disputes relating to specific game rounds must be raised within 72 hours of the event.
• Sports betting odds and markets may be suspended or removed at any time, particularly around live events or when abnormal betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings from slots, table games, and sports betting are credited to your wk8 account balance. These can be used to place further bets or requested for withdrawal subject to these terms.

wk8 sports coverage includes PBA basketball, NBA, international football, boxing, volleyball, esports, and other leagues. Market availability varies by event and season. No guarantee is made that any specific event will be offered at any given time.

6Promotions & Bonuses

wk8 may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. General rules for all promotions include the following:

• Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. wk8 may exclude accounts from specific promotions at its discretion, including accounts under review or those where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds and free plays are typically subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• wk8 does not guarantee any specific bonus amount, percentage, or cashback rate unless explicitly published as a current active promotion. Do not rely on third-party descriptions of promotions without verifying directly on wk8.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at wk8's discretion without prior notice.

7Player Conduct

wk8 expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following actions are prohibited and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or misconfigured odds for profit. Any winnings generated through an identified exploit are subject to reversal.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfere with the platform's systems.

wk8 cooperates with relevant authorities in connection with fraud investigations and is obligated to report suspicious transactions where required by applicable regulations.

8Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wk8 login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including wk8 support staff. wk8 will never ask for your password.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact wk8 support immediately so the account can be secured.
• Any activity carried out on your account before you report an unauthorised access will generally be treated as your own. You bear responsibility for keeping your device and login details secure.
• wk8 uses SSL encryption and OTP-based verification to protect accounts. Enable any additional security features available in your account settings.

9Suspension & Account Closure

wk8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• A court order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings section or by contacting support. If a self-exclusion is in place, the account will be closed for the duration of the exclusion period and may not be reopened until that period expires and a cooling-off period has passed.

Upon account closure following a breach of these terms, wk8 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated, balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

10Limitation of Liability

wk8 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• wk8 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.
• wk8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

11Privacy

wk8 collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, verification, and use of the platform. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used, and protected are set out in the wk8 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with payment providers is limited to what is necessary to process your transaction.
• wk8 may share data with relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12Responsible Gaming

wk8 takes its responsibility to players seriously. Gaming is a form of entertainment and should remain that way. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options accessible from your account settings.

• wk8 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

wk8 will not reactivate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends, regardless of any request from the player during that period.

Continued use of the wk8 platform after an update has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
